Today I'm showing off a piece of my Beistle collection. This plucky scarecrow has two sides for a 360 degree view. Founded in 1900, The Beistle Company is the oldest party goods manufacturer in the US. The company began in Pittsburgh but moved elsewhere after expanding. They are most well known for their honey-combed Halloween decorations. Beistle Co. still operates out of Shippensburg, which is a not-so-short three hour drive from my Grandmother's.
