Collaborative Painting
One of my favorite summertime camp activities is collaborative painting. I buy a really large canvas, on sale from AC Moore I’m sure, and then set out a few tempera paints every day. I let the tiny humans rotate throughout the day. Initially I thought I would reuse the canvas over and over again but after seeing the final piece at the end of the week I couldn’t cover it! I ended up taking them home and hanging them on my walls. Every day a new painting emerged. Below is a gallery of some of those individual paintings. Gorgeous!
